Rich’s Oil, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Supports Enfield Senior Center

Rich Tkacz, owner of Rich’s Oil, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, continues his support to Enfield Seniors by providing funding for coffee to those who visit the Enfield Senior Center.
The Enfield Senior Center provides social, educational and recreational opportunities for older adults in an open and accepting atmosphere. Susan Lather, Director of the Enfield Senior Center stated “We appreciate the thoughtfulness of Rich’s donation to purchase coffee. The Enfield Senior Center is proud to have fresh coffee brewing all day long to offer to anyone who stops in. It creates a very welcoming feeling.”

Rich Tkacz, owner of Rich’s Oil, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning made a donation to the Windsor Locks Senior Center to provide coffee for senior citizens who visit the Center.
Ann Marie Claffey, Director of the Windsor Locks Senior Center, stated “We are so appreciative for the support we receive from businesses and individuals. Donations allow us to provide so many opportunities for our seniors.”
Rich’s, a family owned business, is supportive of the community they serve. Each November the Rich’s staff hosts a Turkey Drive to support the Enfield Food Shelf. Tkacz is Past-President of the Enfield Rotary Club and North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, Vice-Chair of Allied Community Services and Commissioner for the Hazardville Fire Department.
185 Turkeys Donated to Enfield Food Shelf Thanks to Rich’s Oil Turkey Drive

Rich’s Oil, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning hosted their Annual Turkey Drive to help ensure families in north central Connecticut enjoyed a bountiful Thanksgiving. This year’s event was the businesses 6th and most successful to-date with 185 turkeys donated to the Enfield Food Shelf.
Owner, Rich Tkacz and his staff served hot dogs, popcorn and a variety of snacks to people who came out to show their support. In addition, Miller Farms Family Markets, ShopRite of Enfield partnered with Rich’s and provided $10.00 off coupons to anyone who donated a turkey. Tkacz stated, “I am thankful to everyone who opened their hearts and stopped by to make this the best Turkey Drive yet. It is always great to see new faces and those who support the Turkey Drive every year.”
Rich’s Oil has been building relationships in north central Connecticut since 1986. They are a community-minded organization, giving back to the community and making sure their customer’s needs are met are important to Rich and his staff.
