Rich’s came to my rescue! I came home from work on a Friday to find we had no heat. I called Aiello’s who replaced our furnace only 2 years ago and was told no one could come until Monday! I then called Rich’s who we get our oil from and Caesar came within an hour and immediately identified the problem. He had the part on his truck and had my heat back on in less than 30 minutes! Thank you, for the great customer service, your skilled technician and quick response time.
